Ann in Columbia, MO commented on my post about my Sweet Land of Liberty quilt asking which Jan Patek book I used for the Lady Liberty modification I used. I'm sorry Ann, I can't answer you directly because you're set to no-reply so I hope you come back here and see the answer. I got it from her book entitled Lady Liberty, and the link is here if you're interested in getting your own copy.
I have had the best, long, lazy weekend this weekend! I took a vacation day on Friday and hubby and I went fishing, then yesterday he went scuba diving so I had the entire day to myself and I just mostly read, today he is going to an airshow with his work buddy at the local municipal airport, I am sooooo glad I am off the hook for that one, I've been to enough airshows thank you very much, so I plan to spend the entire day quilting! I want to see if I can get brave and start working on my Wool Crazy quilt. I have had the wool and pattern to make the version they are doing at Primitive Gatherings for quite some time, but I have been chicken. I think I just need to dive in and do it!
Hope everyone is having a super weekend! I need more coffee now!

I haven't done a thing on doing a Wool Crazy quilt. It is bound to be fun making one.
Sounds like a wonderful weekend! I'm anxious to see your progress on Wool Crazy! I've been eyeing that one on Prim Gatherings site. It's lovely!
Don't be scared! Wool is your friend !!
Sometimes I wish everyone around here would go away for the day so I could do what I want. Sounds like a fun day!
I'll be watching your wool progress. I'm too chicken to get started on working with it! :)
Sounds like you had a perfect weekend. I wish I had 30 hours in one day. But there still 24 in it.
Thanks Beth! Just ordered the Jan Patek book and so grateful that you posted! Love your progress on the Land of Liberty quilt. It looks fabulous!
